Hintity Zoom App Documentation

This guide covers how to add, use, and remove the Hintity Zoom integration.

1. Before You Start

  • You need an active Hintity account and a Zoom account with app authorization rights.
  • Sign in to Hintity at https://app.hintity.com/login.
  • Ensure your workspace has permission to connect integrations from /settings/integrations.

2. Add the App (Connect Zoom)

  1. Open Hintity and go to Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Find Zoom and click Connect.
  3. A Zoom OAuth window opens. Approve requested scopes to authorize Hintity access.
  4. After successful authorization, you are redirected back to Hintity integrations.
  5. Zoom status should show as connected in your workspace.

3. Use the App

  • New completed recordings can be imported and processed in Hintity.
  • Review imported calls in the Calls area and open call details for transcripts.
  • Use approvals and sync logs to track downstream workflow status.
  • Optional manual import flow is available at /calls/import.

4. Configure and Manage the Integration

  1. Go to Settings and Integrations in Hintity.
  2. Connect or disconnect Zoom as needed.
  3. Review status indicators and integration metadata in the same page.
  4. Configure related downstream integrations (HubSpot and Slack) if required by your workflow.

5. Remove the App

  1. In Hintity, go to Settings and Integrations, then click Disconnect for Zoom.
  2. In Zoom Marketplace, remove or uninstall the Hintity app from your Zoom account if you no longer want authorization.
  3. If you also want data deletion, submit a request to support@hintity.com.

6. Troubleshooting

  • If OAuth fails, retry from Integrations and confirm popup windows are not blocked.
  • If recordings are missing, verify Zoom authorization and recording availability.
  • For persistent issues, contact support@hintity.com.
