By accessing or using Hintity, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Hintity provides workflow and analysis tools for meeting and call data, including integrations with third-party services such as Zoom, Slack, and HubSpot.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use or security incident.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
• You must obtain all required notices and consents for call recording and related data processing.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, or attempt unauthorized access.

Hintity depends on third-party providers and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, policy changes, data handling, or actions of those providers.

Hintity and all related software, trademarks, and content are owned by Hintity or its licensors. Except for limited rights to use the service, no ownership rights are granted to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Hintity a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hintity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hintity and its affiliates, personnel, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
