This Privacy Policy applies to Hintity web applications, APIs, and integrations, including Zoom-related features. It does not govern third-party services that you connect to Hintity (for example, Zoom, Slack, or HubSpot), which remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

- Account data, such as name, email address, and authentication details.
- Integration data, such as connected account identifiers, OAuth tokens, and related metadata.
- Meeting and call data, such as recording metadata, transcripts, summaries, and extracted action items.
- Technical data, such as logs, diagnostics, IP-derived location estimates, and usage analytics.
- Support communications and feedback you submit to us.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To process meetings, recordings, transcripts, and workflows requested by users.

8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all required notices and consents from meeting participants before recording, transcription, or other processing through Hintity.
9. Children
Hintity is not directed to children under 16 and is not intended for their use. If you believe personal data of a child was provided to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
