This Privacy Policy applies to Hintity web applications, APIs, and integrations, including Zoom-related features. It does not govern third-party services that you connect to Hintity (for example, Zoom, Slack, or HubSpot), which remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Account data, such as name, email address, and authentication details.
• Integration data, such as connected account identifiers, OAuth tokens, and related metadata.
• Meeting and call data, such as recording metadata, transcripts, summaries, and extracted action items.
• Technical data, such as logs, diagnostics, IP-derived location estimates, and usage analytics.
• Support communications and feedback you submit to us.

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To process meetings, recordings, transcripts, and workflows requested by users.
• To monitor performance, detect abuse, and prevent fraud or security incidents.
• To communicate product updates, support responses, and operational notices.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate our services, to integration partners as directed by users, and to legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may delete or anonymize data when no longer required for these purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data. You may also have the right to appeal our decision on a rights request.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information. Hintity does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining all required notices and consents from meeting participants before recording, transcription, or other processing through Hintity.

Hintity is not directed to children under 16 and is not intended for their use. If you believe personal data of a child was provided to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
